Tick Control on Cape Cod

Property-specific tick treatment from the same local applicator who answers your call, reviews the yard and completes the service.

Tick treatment built around the places ticks actually use.

Jim's standard seasonal service is a combined tick and mosquito program. Before treating, Jim reviews the property and focuses the application on the perimeter and the kinds of sheltered areas already identified on your site: brush and wood lines, stone walls, dense ground cover, under decks and porches, and the foundation edge.

The goal is not to blanket-spray every square foot of lawn. Treatment is adjusted to the property, current activity, weather and nearby habitat, with sensitive areas identified before the application begins.

Monthly service for the Cape Cod season.

The regular season program runs April through October, with November available for customers who want extended fall coverage. For most Cape Cod properties, monthly service is the starting recommendation; Jim can adjust the plan after seeing the property rather than forcing every yard into the same schedule.

  • Property perimeter and foundation edge
  • Under decks and porches
  • Brush, wood lines, stone walls and dense ground cover
  • Organic or conventional treatment options
  • Lawn treatment for fleas available as an add-on
Important: Treatments are intended to reduce tick populations, not eliminate ticks or prevent bites or tick-borne illness. Continue normal tick checks for people and pets after time outdoors.

Clear pricing for most properties up to ½ acre.

The current pay-as-you-go price shown on the main site is $100 per monthly treatment. The April–October seven-treatment season is $675 prepaid. An April–November eight-treatment season is $750 prepaid. Larger, heavily wooded or more complicated properties are quoted after review.

If you're starting after April 1, you can pay per treatment or ask for a prorated seasonal quote based on the visits remaining.
