Yarmouth treatment starts with the edges of the property.
Jim pays particular attention to the transition areas that are already part of his regular treatment approach—brush, wood lines, stone walls, dense ground cover, shaded vegetation, decks and foundation edges. If a Yarmouth property also has gardens, water, beehives, pets or wet areas nearby, those details are identified before treatment.
Useful recommendations are part of the service.
Treatment is only one part of the visit. Jim also points out practical property conditions—such as standing water, leaf litter or a woodpile placement—that a homeowner may be able to address directly. The goal is a clearer plan for the yard, not simply more material.
Service schedules available in Yarmouth.
Monthly service covers both ticks and mosquitoes for many Yarmouth properties. If mosquito activity remains the main concern, Jim can discuss a more frequent twice-monthly mosquito plan instead of automatically increasing the entire program.
- Monthly tick & mosquito season service
- Twice-monthly mosquito option
- One-time and event treatments
- Organic or conventional treatment options
- Flea lawn treatment available as an add-on
Current season pricing.
For most properties up to about ½ acre, the main site currently lists $100 per monthly treatment, $675 prepaid for seven monthly visits from April through October, or $750 prepaid for eight monthly visits from April through November.
