Wooded and shaded parts of a Brewster property deserve a closer look.
When a yard includes heavier shade, brush, leaf litter, a wood line or dense ground cover, Jim evaluates those conditions before treating. Open turf does not automatically need the same attention as sheltered harborage. Gardens, pollinator areas, ponds, wetlands and other sensitive features are also part of the pre-treatment review.
A treatment record stays with every application.
After service, Jim provides product information, treatment time and label-based re-entry guidance. That documentation is part of the same owner-operated approach: the person who made the application is the person you can call with a question about it.
