What I collect
When you use the quote form on this site, or contact me by phone, text, or email, I collect only what's needed to give you an estimate and provide service:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Property address
- Email address (optional)
- Whatever you choose to tell me about your property or pest problem
I do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial account numbers through this website.
How I use it
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform treatments, keep the pesticide application records Massachusetts requires, and send you service reminders or invoices. That's it.
What I don't do
I don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. I don't share it with marketers or data brokers. I'm a one-person business — your information stays with me.
The only exceptions are narrow ones: a service provider that helps me operate (for example, the form service that delivers your inquiry to my email), or if I'm required to disclose something by law or by the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources in connection with pesticide application records.
The quote form
Submissions from the quote form on this site are delivered to my email through a third-party form service. Your submission passes through their system in order to reach me. If you'd rather not use the form, just call or text me instead.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log a request from your browser as part of delivering them.
Application records
Massachusetts requires licensed applicators to keep records of pesticide applications, including the property treated, products used, and dates. I keep these records as required by law and make them available to you or to regulators on request.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — except where I'm legally required to retain application records. Just email Jim@jimstickpro.com.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Service & Results Disclaimer
Tick and mosquito treatments are designed to reduce pest populations on a treated property. No treatment eliminates ticks or mosquitoes entirely, and no treatment can prevent tick or mosquito bites or the illnesses they can transmit.
Keep taking normal precautions. Continue to check yourself, your children, and your pets for ticks after being outdoors, wear repellent where appropriate, and follow the guidance of your doctor or veterinarian. Treatment is one layer of protection, not a substitute for the others.
Results vary with property size and layout, vegetation, weather, proximity to woods and wetlands, neighboring untreated properties, and pest pressure in a given season. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific result.
Pesticide Use
All products are EPA-registered and applied in accordance with their labels by a licensed Massachusetts commercial pesticide applicator. Label directions, precautionary statements, and re-entry intervals are followed as written. A written record of each application — including product name, EPA registration number, and date — is left with you and retained as required by Massachusetts regulation.
Product labels are available on request. If you have a health question about a specific product, contact your physician or veterinarian; for emergencies, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are for most residential properties up to approximately one-half acre and are subject to change. Larger properties, heavily wooded lots, and properties with unusual conditions are quoted individually after an on-site assessment. The final price for any job is the one given in a written estimate or service agreement, not the figure listed here.
Health Information
Any information on this site about ticks, mosquitoes, or the illnesses they can carry is general information only. It is not medical or veterinary advice. If you're concerned about a bite or possible exposure, contact your doctor or veterinarian.
Service Area
Service is offered in Dennis, Yarmouth, Brewster, Harwich, and Chatham, Massachusetts. Availability is limited and treatments are scheduled subject to weather and capacity.
