How the information is used
The information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare or discuss a quote, plan appropriate service, schedule work and maintain normal business records. Jim's Tick & Mosquito does not sell the contact information submitted through this website.
Form and email delivery
The quote form uses Web3Forms to securely process the submission and deliver it by email. Information submitted through the form is therefore processed under the Web3Forms Privacy Policy. You may avoid the form and contact Jim directly by telephone or email instead.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or use behavioral advertising scripts. Hosting providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser information and request logs, for security, delivery and operational purposes.

Service and treatment notice
Treatments are intended to reduce tick, mosquito and other target-pest populations. They cannot eliminate all pests, prevent all bites or guarantee prevention of any illness. Customers should continue routine personal, child and pet tick checks after outdoor activity.
All pesticide products are used according to their applicable labeling and Massachusetts requirements by a licensed Massachusetts commercial pesticide applicator. Products that require EPA registration are used according to their EPA-approved labels, including applicable treatment sites, rates, precautions, environmental restrictions and re-entry instructions.
Pricing and property conditions
Published prices apply to most properties up to approximately one-half acre and may change. Larger, heavily wooded or unusually complex properties are quoted individually. Organic options, twice-monthly service and add-on services may be priced separately.
