Jim offers mosquito control as part of the regular monthly tick-and-mosquito season program and as a more frequent twice-monthly option during heavier mosquito pressure. The twice-monthly schedule is intended for properties where monthly service may not be enough—such as heavily shaded yards, wooded edges, wetland-adjacent properties or households spending a great deal of time outside in July and August.

Monthly versus twice-monthly.
Monthly works well as the starting schedule for many Cape Cod properties and is included in Jim's standard seasonal tick-and-mosquito program. Twice-monthly provides more frequent mosquito coverage and is priced separately after Jim reviews the property and the level of service you want.
One-time and event treatments are also available for weddings, graduation parties, cookouts or homeowners who want to begin with a single professional visit. For an event, the main site recommends planning roughly one to two weeks ahead.
