Chatham Tick & Mosquito Control

Owner-operated tick and mosquito treatment for Chatham properties, with careful review of landscaping, shaded areas, water and other sensitive features.

Compact landscaping can require just as much judgment as a larger wooded lot.

A property does not have to be large to have dense shrubs, shaded resting areas, stone walls, decks, gardens or other features that affect a treatment plan. In Chatham, Jim begins with the same property-specific review used throughout his route: identify the areas that matter, identify the areas to avoid, then confirm the schedule and price.

A Chatham property note Chatham’s Conservation Division administers local and state wetlands protections and oversees town-owned conservation land. Water, wetland and conservation-edge conditions are therefore worth flagging when you request service so the property can be reviewed carefully before treatment. Sensitive areas are discussed before the sprayer comes out.

The quote form specifically asks about pets, edible gardens, beehives or pollinator gardens, fish or koi ponds, water features, wetlands and heavily wooded areas. Those details are useful because they help Jim plan the application rather than discovering them halfway through a visit.
