Some customers want a full April–October program; others are planning a graduation party, cookout or other outdoor event. Jim offers both. One-time treatment is scheduled around the property and event timing, while seasonal customers receive a recurring plan adjusted to current activity and conditions.

Brush, wood lines, stone walls, dense ground cover, shaded vegetation, decks and perimeter areas are evaluated instead of simply blanket-spraying the entire property. Jim also notes pets, gardens, water features, beehives and nearby wet areas before the application.

Monthly tick-and-mosquito service is the standard season option. A more frequent mosquito schedule is available for properties that need it, and one-time event treatments are best requested roughly one to two weeks ahead so timing can be planned around the event and weather.

For most properties up to about ½ acre, the main site currently lists $100 per monthly treatment, $675 prepaid for seven monthly visits from April through October, or $750 prepaid for eight monthly visits from April through November. Larger, heavily wooded or more complex properties are quoted after review. Twice-monthly and organic programs are priced separately.
