Open turf does not automatically need the same attention as sheltered harborage. Gardens, pollinator areas, ponds, wetlands and other sensitive features are also part of the pre-treatment review.

After service, Jim provides product information, treatment time and label-based re-entry guidance. That documentation is part of the same owner-operated approach: the person who made the application is the person you can call with a question about it.

The normal season program is monthly from April through October, with November available. Orleans customers dealing mainly with mosquitoes can ask whether the twice-monthly option during heavier summer pressure is a better fit for the way they use the yard.

For most properties up to about ½ acre, the main site currently lists $100 per monthly treatment, $675 prepaid for seven monthly visits from April through October, or $750 prepaid for eight monthly visits from April through November. Larger, heavily wooded or more complex properties are quoted after review. Twice-monthly and organic programs are priced separately.
